Restore. Revive. Refresh.WhatsApp us a message that includes a photo and brief description of the brand of handbag and repair required. A quote will be sent to you based on the information provided. On receipt of payment, we will arrange for the handbag to be couriered to our POLISHED studio. Once evaluated by our team, a final quote will be provided for any additional repairs.

Where are you based?
We are between Johannesburg and Cape Town but courier is also an option.
Can you replace my zipper or hardware?
We cannot replace any parts of an item as this will affect the authenticity. We are only able to repair.
Do you have a price-list/catalogue?
Every item is unique and we assess on a per item basis. Once we receive photos we will send an estimate. This could be for cleaning and protection only or also including repairs that you may want.
Do you work on items other than handbags?
Yes we do. We have done leather jackets, belts and gloves along with a few other leather items. If you are unsure if we can work on your item, send us a message and we will confirm.
